I have made this Christmas card for one of my little granddaughters. I’ll decide later which one of them I’ll send it to, but they both like fairies and I thought these pastel colours would appeal to a little girl.
I used a LOTV image – angels with crib – and coloured it with promarkers. The sentiment stamp is also from LOTV – from their Christmas icons sheet.
The image is stamped inside a Spellbinders floral oval die, the heart flower border is a Magnolia Doohickey die, the large snowflake is a Joy Craft die and the open stars are Cosmic Star set by Memory Box.
As with my last card, the papers resulted from a fun afternoon printing out papers, and the gems – coloured with a promarker – are from my stash.
I’m glad to have added another Christmas card to my finished pile, but I really need to get going on them or I’ll be rushing by December.
I would like to enter this card into Sparkles Christmas Challenge – Non Traditional Colours http://sparklesforumchristmaschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/ch32-non-traditional-colours.html
Another lovely card ,you keep them coming .What would we do without Promarkers to add the right finishing touches . The background papers match very well. A very clean Christmas card which I’m sure one of your grandaughters will love .
