Blue Snowball Penguins

While I was food shopping yesterday I came across some washi tape, so I was inspired by the Catch the Bug Bingo Challenge to make this card.  I used the Bugaboo image – Snowball Penguins – coloured it with Promarkers, added Stickles Frosted Lace and Aleene’s Glitter Snow and cut round it with a Scalloped Pearl Rectangle.  The white card is embossed with a cracked ice embossing folder.  I used silver washi tape along the card and as a backing for the sentiment.  The die cut snowflakes are glittered with Glamour Dust and the gems are from my stash.
