Bunnys Egg Hunt

I know it’s a good few weeks till Easter – but one of my sons is coming to France during his little girl’s midterm holiday so they can go skiing.  Then they will come and stay with us for a few days – so I thought I would make my granddaughter’s birthday and Easter cards, so my son can take them back with him.  Sienna loves the Di’s Digi mice so I’m sure she’ll love these bunnies too…!!

I used Bunnys Egg Hunt – from Di’s Digis Designs – for this card and I coloured the image with Promarkers and Copics, and cut around the image with a square stitched die.  The papers, distressed at the edges, are from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated.  I cut a frame from the pink paper with a square stitched die and offset it with the image on top.  The butterfly dies are from First Editions, distressed with 2 colours of ink and the gems for the trails are from my stash. The lace is also from my stash and the rose is from the Ribbon Girl.

I like this image so much I think I’ll use it again for my youngest granddaughter  – although I have a few weeks before I need to post her card.

As You Like it Challenge – Do You Prefer Ribbon or Lace – and Why.  (I use both ribbon and lace on my cards – sometimes together and at times just one of them.  I find it hard to get the right colour of ribbon – so I have to say I prefer lace, as white lace always looks good on a card and adds a pretty touch)                                                                                                                            http://asyoulikeitchallenge.blogspot.fr/2017/02/do-you-prefer-ribbon-or-lace-and-why.html
