Before I tell you about the new challenge starting today at Winter Wonderland I would like to remind you that we currently have a Design Team Call on for our challenge. So if you’re interested in joining our fantastic team, and getting a head start on your Christmas cards, then please e-mail Eileen at firstname.lastname@example.org or me at email@example.com
Now onto this week’s challenge at Winter Wonderland – where the theme is Use a Charm. Such an easy one to do – simply add a charm to your project – but please remember it’s Christmas projects only from now on.
We have 2 wonderful sponsors this week – Michele Roos Designs are giving one lucky winner a €10 voucher to spend in their store.
Live and Love Crafts are giving a lucky winner a £10 voucher to spend in their store.
You can see all the fantastic inspiration from my team mates on the Winter Wonderland blog.
I used papers from Michele Roos collection – a Traditional Christmas – and I distressed the edges with ink, before distressing them with scissors. I printed out the Forest Friends digi image from Sugar Nellie, which I was lucky enough to win recently – coloured it with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics, and added the fur with Alene’s Glitter Snow. I added a snowflake die cut from Joy Crafts – embossed with chunky white frantage – and a poinsettia die cut – which I coloured with Fired Brick Distress Ink and then embossed. The sentiment is from LOTV. The ribbon, gem and little mittens charm are from my stash.
I would like to enter my card into these challenges –
