Hats Off Snowman

We got back home on Monday and since then I feel like I’ve never stopped. We had a           wonderful time in the UK and I was really sad to leave – but having so much to do since we got back has helped. The next time I’ll see any of my family will be February midterm, when my son brings his daughter skiing in France.

We have a Bingo Challenge starting today at Winter Wonderland, hosted by Carol S. This challenge will last till 7th January so it doesn’t have to be a Christmas project, as long as you choose a line on the grid.

We have 3 fantastic sponsors for this challenge –

Bunny Zoes Crafts – £10 voucher

Crafters Companion – £10 voucher

Marianne Designs – Surprise Prize

Please excuse the lack of the Bingo grid here – but I seemed to have Gremlins on my blog last night when I scheduled this post, and after a lot of time trying to put it on my blog I gave up – knowing it would be on the Winter Wonderland blog.  Please take a look at the Winter Wonderland Challenge blog for all the details.

My line is – Snowflakes – Lace – Snowman

Hats Off Snowman

I used the LOTV stamp – Hat’s Off – coloured with Promarkers and Copics and I die cut it with a postage stamp die. I dotted liquid pearls around the image. The papers, lace and sentiment stamp are from my stash. The snowflake die cuts are from Joy Crafts and the Stars semicircle is from Marianne Designs – all glittered with Stickles Frosted Lace and Glamour Dust.

I really like blue and white on Christmas cards as these colours give a frosty look usually associated with Christmas time.  However, we won’t be having a white Christmas – or even a frosty one – this year as, at the moment, the temps are in the high teens.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges –
