Hey Little Birdie

Today I’m sharing a card using another Sugar Nellie image – Hey Little Birdie – which I was so lucky to win in the Sugar Bowl Challenge.  I coloured the image with Promarkers and Copics and glittered the fairy’s wings with Stickles Icicle.  I glittered around the edge of the image and the sentiment cards with Stickles Crystal. The paper is from Raspberry Road.  I think the swirl die cut is from Memory Box, and it and the poinsettia are glittered with Glamour Dust. The ribbon is from my stash and the pearl is from the Ribbon Girl.

When I first thought about this card I was going to use 3 different papers – but I decided that the one purple/lilac paper was lovely on its own, and it showed the image off so well.  I think one of my granddaughters will be getting this card – but I’ll have to toss a coin as to which one it will be.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges –
