Ice Skating Santa

In a little while we will be leaving here and heading to the UK – stopping off at Orleans overnight – and on Thursday  we will drive to the Channel Tunnel, and then to our son’s house in Hampshire.  We’re staying in the UK for almost 4 weeks – and we’ll be seeing all our children and grandchildren during that time.  I just can’t wait to see all our family again.

We have a new challenge at Fab’n Funky starting today – it’s hosted by our teamie Buffy and she has chosen the theme – Bright Christmas.  So we would like to see bright colourful Christmas projects, please.

Our fantastic sponsor for this challenge is Bunny Zoes – with a £10 voucher for the lucky winner to spend in her store.  Bunny Zoes is closing down and at the moment there is 30% off all prices – so that lucky winner will get even more for her money…!!

I used a Paper Shelter image  – Ice Skating Santa – for my card and I coloured it with Promarkers and glittered the fur on his clothes with Aleene’s Glitter Snow and Glamour dust.  I fussy cut around the image and placed him on a piece of white card embossed with a tree stencil.  The tartan paper is from Nitwits.  The die cuts are a tree from Marianne dies and stars and a stars semi circle.  The sentiment is from LOTV and I embossed it as well as the stars, which I embossed with gold embossing powder.
