Pink Balloon Basket

We have had so much rain recently that we must have more than made up for our             seven rain free weeks in the summer by now.   We have had several thunderstorms too and have had problems with our electricity because of them.

It seems ages since I made any baby cards, so this week I’ve made one for a boy and one for a girl.  This is the one for a baby girl – obviously – as there’s a lot of pink.  I used the LOTV rubber stamp – Balloon Basket – and coloured it with Promarkers and a Flexmarker.  I die cut around the image with a Spellbinders Floral Oval and distressed the edge with two shades of pink Distress Inks.  The papers are from Nitwits – I distressed the edges of two of them and used a stars embossing folder on the plain one.  The ribbon, lace and small feet charm are from my stash, the flowers and pearls are from the Ribbon Girl and the sentiment is from LOTV.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges –
