We woke to frost on the ground and on the roof this morning, and the temperature only got to 6 degrees – quite a bit colder than in most of the UK, I believe. This cold weather seems early this year, so I dread to think what might come our way before long. A few years ago it went as low as minus 17 and one of our sons had to spend an extra two days here after Christmas, as the plane he was flying home on couldn’t land in Limoges, due to ice on the runway.
My card today is the Rowan Fairy by Sylvia Zet and I coloured her with promarkers. I glittered her wings with my glue pen and glamour dust and applied frantage around the card circle. The red paper is classic Christmas by LOTV and the green snowflake one is from my stash. I added a frostyville border and stars from Memory Box and the snowflake is a Joy Craft die. The sentiment is from the LOTV Christmas icons set and the ribbon and gems are from my stash.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges –
