Santa Flying

I’ve been watching the weather which is battering the UK, and in contrast, here in France, the sun is shining.  I hope everyone will come through the storms safely and that everything possible will be done to help the flood victims – starting with pumping out the water very soon.

This week’s challenge at Winter Wonderland caught my eye as it is to make a card without any stamping on it.  I decided to use some of the dies I got with a voucher I won just after Christmas, along with the Frostyville border I’ve used many times.  The Christmas Card Challenge this week is to use only silver and blue  – so I have combined these ideas and this is what I came up with.

What I used –

Dies – Santa, and small deer from Impression Obsession, Memory Box Frostyville border and stars, Marianne Horizon Pine Trees die –  cut in both silver and blue card from my local craft shop

Paper, ribbon and gems from my stash

Computer generated sentiment

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges –

Winter Wonderland Challenge – No Stamping Allowed

Christmas Card Challenges – Colour Challenge – Silver and Blue
