Santa with balloon

I was inspired to make this card by the Winter Wonderland Challenge – On the Move.   I’m not sure whether Santa is going up – or down – the chimney, but he is on the move.   This image – Yep, I Have My Methods – is from The Paper Shelter, and although I got him not long after last Christmas, this is the first time he has been on a card.   I made this card with my grandsons in mind, as I think they will enjoy the idea of Santa drifting down with the help of a balloon.   I cut around the image and placed him onto snow embossed white card, although the snow effect doesn’t show up very well in the photograph.   The large snowflakes are a Joy Craft die and the smaller ones are punched out.   I glittered the Frosty Border by Memory Box and added red and blue gems from my stash.
