I really like Shelly by Wee Stamps and it was nice to use the image again for our youngest granddaughter. I coloured the image with Promarkers and put it on a LOTV’s Icy Snowflakes paper, which I thought also worked for a water themed card. The sentiment and flowers are die cuts – sprayed with Spray and Sparkle – and the die cut seaweed and Shelly’s tail are glittered with Stickles. The small green gems in Shelly’s hair and the pearls are from my stash.
i would like to enter my card into these challenges –
