Yesterday evening I played with some of my Distress Inks but when I looked at it this morning I wasn’t happy with how it had turned out.  I put some white acrylic paint onto a piece of plastic padding, that came with a delivery, and dabbed that onto my card.  It didn’t stay as white as I’d hoped, but it did give a snowy effect, along with some shimmer.  I stamped Spring Trees and Fairy House from Lavinia stamps onto the background and used a white pen for snow on the trees and decoration on the fairy houses.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges –

  2. Gorgeous snow scene Alison, I must say I have used this fairy house stamp many times over the years but never thought to use it in a snow scene and it looks fab.
