Sunday Papers

I made this card for my husband’s birthday, using the digi – Sunday Papers – from LOTV.  Many years ago we had a hammock, but it wasn’t easy to get in and out – now we’re enjoying the sunshine on sunloungers.  I coloured the image with Promarkers and Brush Markers, and die cut around it with a stitched square die.  The sun and cloud are die cut and distressed, “Relax” is computer generated and the rest of the sentiment is stamped and embossed.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges –

  1. I have no idea how you’re actually supposed to get in and out of a hammock – it seems impossible to me! Loungers are definitely the way to go! Oh your card is so very sweet! Especially since your hubby will remember the hammock days. Beautiful sunny scene too. Thanks for sharing this with us at Penny’s!
