I was inspired to make this card by the Cutie Pie Challenge – Teddy Bear’s Picnic.    The teddy in a balloon image is a Birdie Brown digi stamp I won a while ago – and I coloured it with Promarkers.   I fussy cut around the edges and did the same with the cupcakes – which are from The Digi Stamp Boutique – Cupcake Collection.   I used Aleenes glitter snow to make the icing effect on them.   The embossing was done using a Cuttlebug folder – Swiss Dots – and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash.   The sentiment and small sentiment tags are from LOTV.
