Triple Stamping – Butterfly Flourish

I’m so pleased to be joining the Design Team for My Time to Craft, and this is my first card for their Challenge Blog – where the theme for this fortnight’s challenge is Triple Stamping.

My card was made with the Triple Stamping technique – I hadn’t heard of it before, but I just loved using it.  The video gives you fantastic instructions on how to make a card using this technique.  I distressed the bottom layer of card lightly with Cracked Pistachio and stamped the swirls with the same ink.  The butterfly flourish was stamped with Mermaid Lagoon DI.  The sentiment was a magazine freebie and I glittered the word “sparkle” with Stickles Crystal.  I used the same glitter on some of the butterfly trails and on the die cut butterfly.  The gems I dotted around are from my stash.
