Winnie and Cheshire Cat

It has rained for over a week now and today we had to turn all our electrical items off a couple of times, as we are very susceptible to damage from lightening.  The forecast says we will see the sun again on Sunday – for a few days – until the next thunderstorm..!!!  Once I can get into the garden I’ll be weeding nonstop – so I made this card while I could…

I love my new CD – Winnie in Wonderland from Polkadoodles – and this is another image from it.  I coloured Winnie and Cheshire Cat with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics and the papers are from Nitwits, with the edges embossed.  The ribbon and lace are from my stash and the teapot charm was a present from a blogging friend.  The sentiment is computer generated and the doily  – from an embossing folder – is fussy cut.

I wanted to get away from pink and green – which I seem to have been using for several cards recently – but here I am with green again – with a little pink thrown in.
