I do love Winnie from Polkadoodles and this one with her lantern is just gorgeous.  I coloured the image with Promarkers, added Alenes Glitter Snow and Glamour Dust for the fur,  Stickles Star Dust to her wings and Glossy Accents to the berries.  I fussy cut around Winnie and placed her on a piece of white card, embossed with a cracked ice embossing folder.  The trees – a die cut from Polkadoodles – and the snowflake are glittered with Stickles Frosted Lace and the stars are embossed with silver embossing powder.
