Winter Goddess 2017

On Thursday evening a blogging friend mailed me to ask if I had seen Squirrel’s Not So Random Challenge – Then and Now.  I hadn’t seen it – but thought it sounded fun, so I looked thru the photos of my cards and picked Winter Goddess from The Paper Shelter, which I made a few months after I started blogging.  Strangely it was almost exactly 3 years ago….. give or take a few days.

I coloured the image with Copics, added Aleene’s Glitter Snow to the tree and Stickles Crystal as the gems.  The papers are from Polkadoodles, distressed at the edges, and the gem is from my stash.  The die cuts are from Memory Box and Joanna Sheen and are glittered with Detail Sparkle and Glamour Dust.  The sentiment is a Marianne Craftable die – I used a glue pen in a line over the letters and sprinkled Glamour Dust on it, but it doesn’t show on the photo.

This is the 2017 version – new and – hopefully – improved…!!!
